it's all aboout HUEVO...!

I believe that we followed through very well from steps 1-4. As a group we were able to define our objective of building a contraption that would protect the egg from breaking once it was dropped, we all understand how much time we had and how to use that time wisely. Before we were even given the materials we had already set up how much we were going to need and use. Also as a group we were able to come up with different strategies and contraptions and from there eliminate the choices which we deemed to be unsatisfactory. After we decided which way to approach the building of the contraption we all set up roles that way each person could do their job, ultimately leading up to a finished project.

The step I believe the group bypassed was Step 5. I honestly didn't see and corrective actions or revisions taking place. We came as a group and made the contraption. We didn't give time to revising or anything. I'm not saying that was a bad thing because obviously the outcome was a very positive one.

I believe the team did a superb job. Obviously the outcome was a major plus, but the way we came to achieving our goal was great. We all chipped in ideas and sorted them out so that way the cream would rise to the top. Working together on such a small object was tough, having 6 people working on something was a challenge but everyone was able to put in their contributions which led to our ultimate goal of dropping the egg and having it not break.

I want to say that my group couldn't do anything to be more effective but I can't really think of something. Maybe we could have actually used all 25min that were allotted to us instead of only using 10-15. With using those extra 10 min we could have came up with many more ideas which in turn could have been more ingenious

Good job! I like how everyone included their ideas and how you all worked together. You definitely showed team work and planned accordingly. You didn't haste because we had a limited time given to us and you took it as you went through it and maybe that's why you were successful!

Glad to hear your egg survived! Your group seems to have great chemistry, especially since each of your members were assigned roles best suited towards their strengths. It was also great that you guys started brainstorming before the "planning" phase was initiated! That's probably why your group didn't have to use the entire time. I felt that in our group, although we started brainstorming before we started the planning phase, we still had to rush to finish the project on time. Did you know your group members? I feel that working with close friends allows you to be more productive than with strangers. Congratulations!

Congratulations on being successful! You mentioned that you guys didn't complete step 5 although you guys had the time to. I find that interesting, and think you may have regretted that had you guys not been successful. (but luckily you were =])

That's great that your egg survived the fall, and your teamwork fully contributed to this result!!! Our team's egg didn't make it, and while reading through your post, I realized that our problem was in the elimination process of unsatisfactory options: no one in our team was willing to give up an idea completely... Bypassing step 5 turned out to be a good thing for you, given the time limit, because that's also where things may go wrong by overanalysing the current situation. Good job!

Good job for protecting the egg. Your group didn't haste when time was running out, which was great for being calm. Now thinking back I think our group was sort of frustrated when we had only one minute left. Good planning.
